Invoicing Summary

When starting the program the user is presented with a summary of existing invoices that have been recently created. One can quickly find an existing invoice by date, customer name or invoice number. You can choose to display only outstanding invoices for easy credit control or all invoices or invoices for a particular customer or even a combination of both. Creating a new invoice is just a simple matter of clicking the "New" button.

Invoicing Detail

The invoice software detail contains all the required information you need in one place. You can view the invoice address, the delivery address all the individual items, tax information and totals on this screen. Once saved, you can print the invoice or email it directly from the screen. You can re-print an invoice as may times as you wish.

Print Layout Design
